As such, 180 DC connects the untapped capabilities of top university students with the unmet needs of socially conscious organisations. Importantly, the process is mutually beneficial.
Non-profits and social enterprise get custom solutions to problems they’re facing and university students get work experience, professional training, first-hand exposure to non-profits and social enterprises, real leadership development, and the opportunity to make a difference.
180 DC offers high-quality consulting services without the usual price tag because its consultants are carefully selected top university students with the right combination of expertise, creativity, and problem-solving ability.

180 DC provides a platform for university students, who possess untapped capabilities, to cater to the unmet needs of socially conscious organisations. Through this student-led initiative, 180 DC JMC, established in August 2020 amidst the pandemic, aspires to create social impact while simultaneously fostering students in their journey to gain a holistic understanding of the world of consultancy.
Jesus and Mary College has produced students with unlimited potential, who possess creative and inquisitive minds and have an innate passion to do their fair share for the world. JMC’s continuous focus on instilling leadership skills while promoting the importance of social responsibility aligns with the values of 180 Degrees Consulting, making it an institution capable of operating its 180 DC branch.
The JMC branch was established to create a consulting culture in our college while promoting the importance of social responsibility and creating an impact.
180 DC JMC is one of the youngest branches and we are the third all women-led branch globally. We are the 6th branch of 180 Degrees Consulting in Delhi University and the 16th in India.
Since inception, the JMC Branch has impacted more than 500 consulting aspirants through our various initiatives and helped 15 socially conscious organisations with their operations.
